We have a very special celebrity guest coming to visit us in Colorado next month!
Lots of fun workshops and seminars planned, we can't wait!
We will be posting the details very soon.

Thank you so much for your feedback on our Link Party.  We have expanded and incorporated so many wonderful and lovely products, ideas, and projects and are so inspired by all the wonderful things you create!  We agree 100% with the comments and have now opened up our link party to anything that fits with our new tag line

Quite Simply...Beautiful Things

Obviously, our graphic will need to be redone...but until then, we will keep it : )
Andie from Divine Theater worked her magic on this gorgeous mirror using Paris Grey and some gold leaf.  Beautiful as always, Andie!
Next, check out this darling little table that Rachel from Shades of Blue transformed with Emperor's Silk.  I love the look of Emperor's Silk toned down with the Dark Wax, it is fabulous!

Easy Chalk Paint® Project - Upcycled Tray

Picked this little tray up at a garage sale over the summer.  Lovely lines, just dated.
Super quick and easy makeover using a base coat of Cream and then a second coat of Florence.
Gently rubbed back to reveal the underlying color and the wood beneath.  Finished off with Clear Wax.  Super easy 15 minute transformation!  Already sold and out in a new home.
What have you been painting lately?

Chalk Paint Link Party and a Question?

THANK YOU so much to everyone that linked up last week.  Such beautiful and creative ideas!

We started our weekly Chalk Paint link party over a year and half ago to have a place to share and feature projects painted with Chalk Paint decorative paint by Annie Sloan.  Since that time, we have expanded and grown so much and our business has incorporated many new and wonderful products as well.  Including Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint, Dash and Albert rugs, Pinecone Hill bedding, fabulous and beautiful treasures from local artisans and so much more!  We love everything about what we do. It is such a delightful, creative, and rewarding blessing to us to continue to develop our business.

Along with this, our new tag line in our store has become:

Quite Simply...Beautiful Things.

We have been torn as to whether or not to continue our weekly link party focusing just on Annie's fabulous paint, or should we open it up to incorporate more beautiful things?

Please let us know your thoughts, we want to hear from you.

Would you like us to continue our weekly link party exclusive to Chalk Paint or would you like to see more beautiful things along with it?

Do you have something you painted with Chalk Paint™ decorative paint by Annie Sloan?
Please share in our Link Party, here are the details:

Chalk Paint Link Party!

We just can't seem to stop changing and remodeling lately!  After quite a few trips out of town (some planned and some not), we are finally back to finishing up our kitchen.  Photos coming soon!  We are also working on adding another special addition to our store and of course will be sharing all the details here, we know you will LOVE it!
Check out this beauty that Erica from Tattered Elegance transformed with Old White and Napoleonic Blue and some detailing in French Linen.  It is just stunning Erica!
I also loved this darling makeover from Magdalena at Secret Garden in the UK.  Delicate angels dance on this beautifully distressed piece, excellent choice in the glass knobs too!

Chalk Paint® Link Party and a Winner!

Wow, you guys have been busy painting away!
Loved looking at all the beautiful and inspiring projects linked up.

First up, our winner of the Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine giveaway....

Rachel from Shades of Blue!
Rachel, please contact us HERE to claim your prize, congratulations!

I am just in love with this two toned look that Kristen from Sophia's Decor created.  I think it is the balance of masculine and feminine and the contrast of the dark stain and Pure White Chalk Paint with a little Florence for accents.  Gorgeous!
Next, be sure to check out this fabulous Chalk Paint kitchen makeover from Katie at Sweet Girl Expressions!  Such a big change from the plain maple before.  Pure White cabinets with Graphite on the island, so much lighter and brighter and just stunning!
I hear you Katie on distractions and it taking all summer, we are still working on ours!

Chalk Paint® Link Party and a GIVEAWAY!

After drooling over the Jeanne d'Arc Living magazines for some time now, we decided to start carrying them in our store.  Well, no surprise, they have been flying out the door!  Why wouldn't they, every issue is just brimming with simple, lovely, french/nordic style gorgeousness!  I just love opening my mailbox to fun surprises, like the latest issue of Jeanne d'Arc!  We thought it would be lovely to share a fun surprise with you too!  So....

This link party will stay open for 3 weeks and every Chalk Paint project you link up gets you registered for a giveaway of the pre-Christmas issue of Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine!

I know you want to peek inside the magazine, but first onto the Chalk Paint Link Party...
Who better to feature this week than Melody from My Passion for Decor (the eiffel tower says it all!)  Melody celebrated her 15th wedding anniversary recently and transformed this beautiful desk as a gift to her hubby, how sweet!  A great transformation of a desk using Pure White, what a lucky guy.

Okay, here is just a little sneak peak at the some of the loveliness of Jeanne d'Arc magazine...

Remember EVERY project you link up enters you to win.
So link away!
