We hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend!
We took the opportunity to celebrate the day with our children at our town's local parade honoring all the firefighters and first responders from our recent wild fires. It was a beautiful day.
Check out this lovely dresser that Chris form Midwest Cottage Finds just finished using Old White followed by Clear Wax tinted with Paris Grey. I love the depth and dimension that the tinted wax gives to furniture, it is very subtle, but just stunning.
Often times, it is the little details that matter most. Martina, from Northern Nesting, really shows this with her clock makeover using French Linen and Old White. A simple and easy project, yet it makes a big difference in the overall look and feel of the room. Lovely!

Beautiful work! Thanks so much for sharing.
DeleteWow I really love the chalkpaint, is that something you can buy in a store? I love the "antique vibe" it gives the furniture :)
