Chalk Paint Link Party!

We just can't seem to stop changing and remodeling lately!  After quite a few trips out of town (some planned and some not), we are finally back to finishing up our kitchen.  Photos coming soon!  We are also working on adding another special addition to our store and of course will be sharing all the details here, we know you will LOVE it!

Check out this beauty that Erica from Tattered Elegance transformed with Old White and Napoleonic Blue and some detailing in French Linen.  It is just stunning Erica!

 I also loved this darling makeover from Magdalena at Secret Garden in the UK.  Delicate angels dance on this beautifully distressed piece, excellent choice in the glass knobs too!

 I am just in love with this two toned look that Kristen from Sophia's Decor created.  I think it is the balance of masculine and feminine and the contrast of the dark stain and Pure White Chalk Paint with a little Florence for accents.  Gorgeous!

 Next, be sure to check out this fabulous Chalk Paint kitchen makeover from Katie at Sweet Girl Expressions!  Such a big change from the plain maple before.  Pure White cabinets with Graphite on the island, so much lighter and brighter and just stunning!

We wanted to share a few photos from our ribbon cutting ceremony last weekend. 

 The weather was absolutely beautiful!

 We had a group gathered in our store Friday evening for the event.  Everyone mingled around and enjoyed delicious handmade Italian Sodas (sorry forgot to get a picture)!  Saturday, we had a steady stream of people come in throughout the day.  We also had many opportunities to win some fabulous prizes, which of course included giveaways of Chalk Paint.  Congratulations to all the winners!

Chalk Paint® Link Party

It is the simple, understated elegance that gets me every time.  This is Sue's (Uniquely Chic) first big project using Chalk Paint.  Didn't she do a fantastic job, isn't it just gorgeous?  She mixed a beautiful blue grey by combining Paris Grey and Louis Blue and accenting with Old White.  Combined with the stained top, it is just divine!

Okay, Erin at How to Nest for Less really made me do a triple take with this one, WOW!  Talk about pushing the limits, we have heard a lot of people painting their appliances with Chalk Paint.   Erin glammed up her washer and dryer using Country Grey.  Talk about a show stopper!
